Your view from the balcony!

Donnie - We are having an amazingly wonderful, fantastic fun time at the Island Princess. One of our sons has your place, and they watched dolphins from their balcony yesterday morning. They said they could tell that the dolphins were actually playful. Then down to the beach, a bit of kayaking, then to the pool, off to one of Destin's fine restaurants and back to a gathering at one of our condos. This is the life! Being pampered here, with our own beach set-up and the wonderful condos is just what we all need. Grandchildren are having a blast, and my mom, who's about to turn 88, is enjoying the sun, the grins and giggles. These grown boys haven't had so much fun together since they were kids themselves, and now their wives can enjoy it with them. Thank you so much for helping to make this family get-together possible. We'd love to make it an annual event and are thinking at least every other year. With great appreciation,

Hi there! I just wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo for a few days. The weather was wonderful and there wasn't any oil!!!!!!!!!!! YEA!!!! All five of us had a blast playing in the Gulf of Mexico. THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!!! I hope the rest of your summer goes well.

We enjoyed out stay very much. The location and weather were great. The best part was the umbrella and chairs. We spent a lot of time sitting on the beach enjoying the shade and nice breeze. If anyone is looking for a condo in the area in the future, I will be sure to recommend your condos.

We may be looking you up for info on other locations, but that will be a while yet.

We appreciate how helpful you both have been and were quite impressed with you calling them while in the area, during the potential bad weather. That reassurance was great for those 3. Believe me. I was actually quite relieved, and thought it showed that you are really good folks.

Its very nice to deal with people who go beyond the expected and show that extra bit of kindness.

Rare to find that so much these days. And much appreciated when you do.

Hey, we had a great time at the condo and really enjoyed the new Tvs and made great use of all the the other things that were furnished. It really felt like a home away from home. We plan on staying there sometime in the near future. Everything was perfect. Well it goes without saying...it is so much better than the pictures!!! It is absolutely beautiful!! From the condo, its wonderful furnishings and amenities (absolutely anything you could want its here!) to the fantastic view of both water views from the fabulous balcony. Its oh so nice and quiet, the beach is awesome, we are tickled to pieces with everything! Thanks so much for letting us borrow your home. It could not be any better!! WE are enjoying our week here.

Hello! We had a great vacation, especially just after the holidays. The bad part is returning to Ohio. We have been fighting the cold and trying to stay in reasonably good moods in spite of the below zero temps. Thank you so much for sharing your condo. I know I repeat others, but the pictures do not do it justice. I didn't expect it to be so spacious! Beautiful art and accent pieces! We discovered the Magnolia Grill on Brooks St.--really nice people and good food. I miss the walks on the beach and on the sidewalks. Thank you again.

Don & Kathy,We just returned home from a fantastic stay at your Island Princess condo. We can't thank you enough for allowing us the opportunity to use your condominium home. Everything was great, from the accommodations to the various dining venues. I will have to agree with you about McGuire's. We had an awesome meal there and the service was some of the best we have had in a long time! I understand why it's one of your favorites. We also enjoyed the Old Bay Steamer. We had a King Crab/Snow Crab steamer platter for two that not only was incredible, but would have possibly fed four people. The white sugary  beach was immaculate and the water was beautiful. We saw dolphins a couple of days while basking in the glow of the sun at the beach. All in all, we had a blast and are already looking at when we might possibly be able to make a return visit! Sincerely,

As our wonderful week comes to an end, I wanted to thank you for allowing us the use of your Florida retreat. We have had great weather and your condo is extremely well-decorated and comfortable. The crowds we almost non-existent and the beach was quiet and relaxing—I know, not good for rentals but we enjoyed the quiet. We enjoyed it very much. I'm so glad it snowed that weekend and I had time to just look on the internet for something other than a hotel. Your condo is very nice and has one of the best stocked kitchens I've encountered in a long time of condo renting. It was the first time we'd ever been in that area. We usually stay on Sanibel, but it's so far down and getting more expensive by the year. I think we'll be back! Thanks again.
